Description

This magnificent Valaisan log cabin dating from 1763 was rebuilt in Gryon in 1965 and completely renovated between 2004 and 2007. Its design was carefully elaborated in order to preserve its authentic charm while combining the quality of current materials. Particular attention has been paid to the roof, which is covered in lauzes (granite slates). Its heating system has been notably reviewed.

The chalet is ideally located above the Place de Barboleuse, 100 meters from the ski slope linking the Villars / Gryon / Les Diablerets ski area.

Construction

The chalet has a new electrical system. Also note the separation of clear and waste water which has been put in place.

New hot air heating system and accumulation in the soapstone walls.

The kitchen also has a solid black granite worktop, built-in old wood furniture, Burgundy tiles and handmade tiles.
