Construction

Riant-Château is a luxury residential complex built in 1912–1913 by the famous architects Polak and Piollenc. For many years, the complex was a favourite among celebrities from the film industry, originally including an avant-garde cinema centre and several large apartments for wealthy families with live-in staff.

In 1999-2000, it underwent a complete renovation. By invoking the style of the period, the architect succeeded in combining modern comforts with the building's historic charm.

The building's interior reflects the extravagant luxury of the Belle Époque, featuring high ceilings, mouldings, stained glass and oak doors.

The underground garage was built beneath the Parc aux Roses, a magnificent garden that stretches from Riant-Château to the Anglican church.
