Fleur d’Eau was built between 1865 and 1867 by architect Francis Gindroz (1823-1878) for the Parisian banker Théodore Vernes d’Arlandes (1820-1893) in a Renaissance style mixed with 18th century classicism.

This wonderful, luxurious home replaced the former house occupied by the painter and art dealer Auguste Brun (1758-1815).

It has a magnificent park with a succession of terraces and pergolas. The gardens were redesigned in 1949 by Jean Camoletti.

On 11 July 1986, Fleur d’Eau was the venue of the famous meeting between Ronald Reagan and Mikhaïl Gorbachev.

The property is located in Versoix, close to the lake and offers a beautiful view of the Alps, Mont Blanc and the lake.
