Construction

This building was built in the late nineteenth century. The "Grand Salon" was created in 1911. To do this, the roof of the building was removed, the 3rd floor and the flat roof were built. Such a type of construction, a flat roof, was revolutionary for the time. The major restoration work on the building was carried out in the years 1963-1964.

The heating is gas individual, except the studio which has a heating individual electric.
